Umpqua's Corporate Communications team wanted to highlight the amazing service Associates were doing every day. Partnering with our internal communications manager and a designer I created Operation: Wow.
We created a blog on our Intranet for Umpqua Associates to tell their Wow stories and assign each one a Wow Superpower. I wrote the superpower names and descriptions
To highlight the best of the best Wows, we created a Wow Superhero Cape, which was sent aroud in this box. I wrote the copy, which explained the purpose and what to do with the cape.
To promote Operation: Wow internally, we created three videos for our Intranet page. I concepted and storyboarded each one, which were made by one of our Web developers who was learning video.
